In a statement released on the social networking site Twitter, Imran Khan has said that he is saddened to know about the death of renowned actor Qavi Khan.

It should be noted that yesterday the legendary film and television actor Qavi Khan passed away at the age of 80.
Senior actor Qavi Khan was undergoing treatment in Canada.
Renowned actor Qavi Khan’s funeral prayer will be offered today at Cooper Road Jama Masjid in Mississauga, Canada, after noon prayer.
Family sources say that Qavi Khan will be buried in Canada.
