A case related to the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) 2020 examinations was heard in the Sindh High Court.
The court rejected the 2020 exams and ordered the candidates to retake the exam within 2 months.
The court said that the examinations will be conducted under the supervision of the High Court’s official assignee and assistant registrar.
The Sindh High Court said that the Chairman Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) also confirmed the alteration in the report and said that the officers involved in the charge of altering the results were suspended.
The Sindh High Court says that suspension will not work, identify the responsible and punish them.
The court issued an order giving 2 months time to the Sindh Public Service Commission to take action against those responsible and if satisfactory action is not taken against those responsible, the court will decide on its own.
