Karachi: An accident has occurred in the Red Line People’s Bus in the Sindhi Muslim Society area of Shahr Quaid.
According to Express News, the Red Line People’s Bus collided with a water tanker near the Sindhi Muslim Society Cut on Shariah Faisal, as a result of which the front part of the bus was severely damaged and the windscreen was also shattered.
Miraculously, the passengers in the bus were safe while the traffic flow was temporarily affected due to the accident. The police reached the spot and controlled the situation and removed the bus from Shaara Faisal and restored the traffic.
Besides, 2 people including a woman died in traffic accidents in different areas of the city while 2 people including a young girl were injured.
It should be noted that a few days ago the Green Bus service also met with an accident near Nagan Chowrangi, in which the vehicle broke the protective wall and hit the bridge pillar. In the incident, female passengers sustained minor injuries while the front part of the bus was affected.
