Cairo International Film Festival dates have been announced.
The event will run from November 15 to 24 and will be held at the Cairo Opera House like every year.
The Cairo Film Festival will also feature film screenings and other activities at various cultural venues in the city.
Actors, directors and other showbiz personalities from 52 different countries participated in last year’s festival.
97 films were selected for various awards out of which 58 were from the MENA region.
Cairo Film Festival is the only international competitive feature film festival in the Arab world and Africa that is accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Association.
This international organization is responsible for regulating film festivals worldwide.
