Barrister Salahuddin Ahmed has said that if the decision was clear, there would be no ambiguity.
Talking to Geo News program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada, he said that two judges have said that they support the decision of the other two judges. Therefore, the decision has been made by four to three.
He further said that if a full court was constituted on the matter, this confusion could have been easily removed.
Speaking in the program, legal expert Rashid A. Rizvi said that it is better that this matter be placed before the full court.
He further said that the court hastily decided to finish the case today, such a big decision has never been made so quickly.
