Lahore: Sahir Ali Baga and Aima Baig’s first Balochi song ‘Washmale’ was released, the wedding song full of cultural colors created a buzz on social media.
Internationally renowned Pakistani singer Sahir Ali Baga and Aima Baig’s first Balochi song Vashmle was eagerly awaited by the fans. A few days ago, the teaser of the song was released on social media, since then music lovers have been waiting for the release of the first Balochi song of both the artists.
The song, composed in Urdu, Punjabi and Balochi languages, was released on March 1 at an event held in Lahore. Singers Sahir Ali Baga, Aima Baig, Ali Zeeshan and Adnan Qazi participated in the colorful event.
On the occasion of the release of the song, singer Sahir Ali Baga said that he always tried to highlight the different colors of Pakistani culture with his work. For many years, popular songs of Punjabi language released for music lovers, Aab ki bar all focus was on promotion of Baloch culture and language. The song ‘Washmle’ is a tribute to the Baloch language.
Singer Aima Baig said that people will not only listen to Vashmle Geet on happy wedding occasions, but will also be inspired by the beautiful country cultural colors highlighted by the video of the song.
The video of the Balochi song ‘Washmale’ has been directed by the renowned director Adnan Qazi. On the release of the song, Adnan Qazi said that the song video is giving a message of unity of different cultural colors, proud to direct the video of the song.
