Karachi: In the case of finding the dead body of a girl from Seaview, an important revelation came out, the accused hid the mobile phone of the victim and deleted the evidence.
The hearing of Sara’s body found in Sea Wave was held in front of the Judicial Magistrate’s Court in Karachi City Court. The investigating officer submitted an interim challan of the case which revealed that the accused had hidden the victim’s mobile phone.
According to the interim challan, on the day of the incident, the accused Bisma and Shan Salim had given the mobile phone of the deceased to the accused Waqas. According to the accused Waqqas, the screen of the deceased’s mobile phone was broken, while the accused Waqqas had hidden the deceased’s mobile in the trunk of the car and on the identification of the accused, the deceased’s mobile phone was recovered.
The main accused Shan also hid his mobile phone after the incident, while on the identification of the accused, the mobile phone of the main accused Shan Salim has also been recovered. The statement of Aradhana, who works in the hospital of accused Shaan, has also been recorded.
Aradhana revealed that accused Bisma, accused Shan and Waqas had removed the SIMs from the victim’s mobile and deleted the evidence from the mobile. The DNA samples of the accused Waqas and Shaun Salim have been sent to the laboratory. In the case, the accused Shan Salim, Waqas, and Bisma have been arrested so far.
