Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that the Constitution has won today.

Fawad Chaudhry while talking to the media along with Shibli Faraz, Sheikh Rashid and Ali Zafar after the Supreme Court decision said that the date of KP election will be announced by the Governor.

On this occasion, Sheikh Rasheed said that the nation should prepare for the election, it is a great victory.

He said that Supreme Court said that elections should be held in 90 days, PTI government is going to be formed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s lawyer Ali Zafar said that once again Aye has prevailed, the Supreme Court has decided according to the constitution.

Ali Zafar says that the President has the constitutional right to announce the date of elections, the date of KPK elections will be announced by the Governor.

He said that this decision is the decision of the majority, the decision will be implemented according to the constitution and law.

It should be noted that in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandyal has said that the elections of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assemblies will be held in 90 days.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandyal began the verdict with a verse from the Holy Quran.

The Supreme Court has said in its decision that the procedure for general elections is different, the constitution has given 60 and 90 days for elections, elections must be held within 90 days after the dissolution of the assembly, signed by the Governor of Punjab Assembly. If not, it was dissolved within 48 hours, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was dissolved with the approval of the Governor, the Governor was given powers in 3 cases under the Constitution.
