Sessions Court Lahore has extended the interim bail of Munis Elahi’s wife Tahrim Elahi, Rasakh Elahi and Zara Elahi till March 15 in the money laundering case.
A money laundering case was heard against Parvez Elahi’s son and daughters-in-law in the session court of Lahore.
Additional Sessions Judge Chaudhry Ghulam Rasool heard the bail of the accused.
The FIA prosecutor argued that the investigation is being completed now, the court should give more time.
The petitioners contended that the FIA had made a case of money laundering and suspicious bank transactions.
The petitioners pleaded that the case is based on falsehood, the court should order to grant bail.
