In the case of protest against the Tosha Khana verdict, the registrar of the Islamabad High Court raised 3 objections to the bail application of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
The Registrar’s Office has raised the first objection that Imran Khan’s signature on the petition is different in 2 places.
Another objection of the registrar office is that Imran Khan did not get the biometric verification done.
The third objection raised by the Registrar’s Office is that how can a pre-arrest bail application be filed directly in the High Court?
It should be noted that Imran Khan has withdrawn the bail application from the session court and filed it in the high court.
A case has been registered in the police station secretariat against Mohsin Shah Nawaz Ranjha.
