Former Chairman Senate Legal Expert Waseem Sajjad, President Islamabad High Court Bar Naveed Hayat and President Lahore High Court Bar Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan participated in Geo News program Capital Talk.
Speaking in the program, Waseem Sajjad said that any decision of the 5-member bench will be politically controversial.
President Islamabad High Court Bar Naveed Hayat said that any decision that comes after the bench is broken will be a politically dangerous decision.
Lahore High Court Bar President Ishtiaq Ahmad Khan said that the objection to the 9-member bench was made as part of a deliberate conspiracy.
Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan further said that political parties will also object to the decision of the 5-member bench.
