Justice Athar Manullah remarked that the administration does not have the ability to protect the citizens, someone has to be responsible for the disappearance of the citizens, the girls have been missing for six years and no one is ready to take responsibility. If action was taken against those responsible for the missing persons, this case would not have to be heard today, name who is responsible, action will be taken against him, someone will have to be responsible, action will have to be taken against the elders on the issue of missing persons.

The Additional Attorney General said that taking action against state institutions would not be a good practice.

The court ordered the Sindh Police to recover the girls within a month and adjourned further hearing till next month.
