Karachi: Sindh High Court issued a written order regarding Burns Road Ford Street and ordered to restore Burns Road traffic within 3 days.
According to the written order, the court quashed both the notifications issued by the district administration and directed them to restore Burns Road and adjoining streets to their original condition, removing all chairs, tables and encroachments.
Court has ordered Burns Road to be fully restored for normal traffic.
According to the written order, the district administration has also been ordered to submit an implementation report within 7 days.
The order said that the Deputy Commissioner could not give any explanation for the closure of South Strick while the issuance of the notification without the authority concerned was illegal.
