Karachi: Balochi singer Kefi Khalil, who rose to fame with Coke Studio’s song ‘Kana Yaari’, says that whatever he writes has actually happened to him.
While giving an interview to foreign media, Balochi singer Kifi Khalil, who reached the heights of worldwide fame with the song ‘Kahani Suno’, has said that everything he writes and sings is based on real events.
The singer from Lyari area of Karachi said that when the heart breaks, poems are made, words come out and only then the voice comes out. What I have written is the truth.
Kafi Khalil said that all these incidents have happened to him and it is not like he has written anything after seeing or hearing.
It should be noted that Keefi Khalil is also famous for his excellent Balochi and Urdu poetry and the songs Keefi has written so far have been well received, in which his song ‘Kahaani Suno’ tops the list.
Kafi Khalil’s YouTube channel has 1 million subscribers while his song ‘Kahani Sunu’ released eight months ago has received 112 million views and is being loved by fans.
