Mohsin’s willingly married parents filed a false case of kidnapping, Vijaya Fatima
Karachi: The Sindh High Court has ordered the police to submit a response to the request for harassment of a married couple.
A plea was heard in the High Court regarding the harassment of a couple who had arranged a marriage of choice. Vijaya Fatima said that the parents of Mohsin’s willing marriage filed a false case of kidnapping. Due to the case registered in police station Kalri, the police are harassing.
The court inquired what is your age, where do you live with Mohsin.
Justice Umar Syal remarked that human trafficking continues under the guise of marrying young girls. Lawyers should also review the facts of the case before charging the case and fees.
The court ordered the police to submit a reply to the harassment petition by March 17.
