The Banking Court of Islamabad ordered Imran Khan to appear on February 28 in the light of the Islamabad High Court’s decision.
Prohibited funding case under the Foreign Exchange Act against Imran Khan and others was heard in the Banking Court.
Imran Khan’s lawyer Naeem Panjutha appeared in the court of Banking Court judge Rukhshanda Shaheen.
Lawyer Naeem Panjutha has argued that the Islamabad High Court has decided that Imran Khan should appear in the banking court on February 28.
On behalf of Imran Khan, a copy of the decision of the Islamabad High Court was submitted to the Banking Court.
The banking court adjourned the hearing of the case till February 28.
