Ankara: Halil Menci, the alleged mastermind of the Istanbul bombing, was killed in an operation by Turkish intelligence agencies in Syria.
According to Turkish media, the mastermind of last year’s Istanbul Istiqlal Avenue bombing was killed in a Turkish intelligence operation in the Syrian town of Qamishli on February 22.
It should be remembered that on November 13, a bomb hidden in a flowerpot exploded in the prosperous area of Istanbul, Istiklal Avenue, as a result of which six people, including two children, were killed and more than 80 were injured.
In the CCTV footage, it can be seen that a woman is sitting on a cement chair on the road and hides a packet in a pot and escapes from there.
