In this regard, when the team of Express contacted the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Baldia Sharqi, Zartaj Pasha, it was said on his behalf that there was an intention to convert this dispensary into a maternity unit, but for this it was necessary A doctor or a lady nurse should be present in this health center 24 hours a day and maternity facilities can be provided to pregnant women in emergency situations, but due to lack of other staff including doctors, nurses and medical staff, the establishment of maternal and child unit The matter is delayed.
Due to lack of staff in many dispensaries under DMC, it has become difficult to assign staff duties. In this regard, we have asked Syed Shakeel Ahmed, administrator of Baldia Sharqi. He has assured us that the complaint of staff shortage will be removed soon. will
The residents of the area complained that the administration should take steps for the improvement of this dispensary soon because if attention is paid to the health centers in different areas and medical facilities are provided there, the pressure on the famous government hospitals of the city will be reduced.
