The helicopter of Iran’s sports minister Hamid Sajjadi crashed in the south-central region of the country. Hamid Sajjadi and 11 other people were on board.
Sports Minister’s adviser Ismail Ahmadi died in the accident, while Sports Minister was shifted to hospital for treatment.
The helicopter was preparing to land in the sports complex of Baft area of Kerman province when it crashed.
The governor of Kerman, Muhammad Mahdi, said that the investigation into the helicopter crash is ongoing.
It should be noted that Hamid Sajjadi was banned by the European Union in Germany.
