A woman was allegedly raped by robbers in Muraliwala area of Gujranwala after looting.
The woman’s husband says that the robbers took hostages and took the wife at gunpoint.
He further said that after raping his wife, the accused left her in the fields, the police registered a case against the husband.
The police say that the medical examination of the woman has been done, in which the rape has been confirmed, and action is being taken to arrest the accused involved in the incident.
