Karachi: Another house was destroyed by armed robbers in the city of Quaid. Unknown armed robbers killed the milk seller on resistance during the robbery incident at a milk shop in Hamalgoth near the river adjacent to the Quaidabad Poultry Bridge.
This year, the number of civilians who were killed during the robbery incident in the city of Quaid has reached 75 while hundreds of civilians have been injured.
The deceased milk vendor was identified as 36-year-old Baqir Ali son of Iqbal, the deceased was a resident of Hamal Goth and his ancestral home belonged to Patuki province of Punjab, the deceased was a father of four children and the second among five brothers.
The family of the deceased milk seller said that the deceased was present at his milk shop in the morning when 3 armed robbers on 2 motorcycles reached the shop for robbery and took away his mobile phone and cash from the deceased at gunpoint. When they resisted, the armed accused opened fire, due to which the deceased died on the spot due to two bullet wounds on his chest and neck.
Residents of the area said that 3 armed suspects on 2 motorcycles were fleeing after looting, when the deceased picked up a stone and hit the accused, on which the armed accused returned and opened fire on the deceased.
