Raipur: In the Indian state of Chhattisgarh, blood-soaked bodies were found in the room of the newlyweds on the day after their wedding.
According to Indian media, 22-year-old Kahkshan Bano and 24-year-old Aslam got married two days ago with great fanfare. After the departure, the family dropped off the newlyweds at their new home.
On the third day, it was Walima and in preparation for the same, when the family arrived, despite knocking the door repeatedly, there was no answer.
Police say that the bride has stab wounds on her body while the groom’s throat has been cut. From the condition of the room, it seems that there was an argument between the two. The murder device was also found.
Police further said that there was no evidence of any third person entering the room. All the doors and windows were locked from inside and there was no other way to enter.
The family members say that they have no idea what and why this happened between the two.
