Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ali Zaman Advocate was attacked in which he was injured, Ali Zaman filed an FIR against the female assistant commissioner and her husband.
According to Express News, Ali Zaman Advocate was attacked in Faqirabad area of Peshawar, in which unknown persons got down from the vehicles and tortured him and also used a sharp instrument, which injured him.
After the incident, he was shifted to Lady Reading Hospital, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur reached the hospital to visit him.
Later, an FIR was registered in Faqirabad police station against Majrooh Ali Zaman, in which female assistant commissioner Sameera Saba has been nominated.
The police have said that the woman assistant commissioner, her husband and 4 other unknown persons are also named in the FIR, terrorism provisions are also included in the FIR.
In the text of the FIR, the plaintiff said that while he was going home, a person hit his car with his car in Fakirabad area, as soon as he got out of the car, the husband of AC Samira Abbas tortured me, people came in other cars. They also tortured me with premeditated murder, the accused also took my mobile phone and car keys from me.
In the FIR, the plaintiff said that AC Samira Saba was performing the duties of RO in my constituency in the elections, lady AC and her husband stole my mandate, Samira Saba’s husband fabricated F on me. IR was also filed, AC’s husband also threatened to kill me.
It should be remembered that Ali Zaman Advocate was given a ticket to the Provincial Assembly from Peshawar by Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
