Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan abolished the provisions of terrorism in the murder case and changed the death sentence of the accused to life imprisonment.

It has been written in the judgment that the accused committed the murders on the basis of personal enmity, the purpose of which was not to spread fear and terror, due to which the death sentence awarded to both the accused has been commuted to life imprisonment.
The 13-page judgment, written by Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, said that a three-judge bench of the Supreme Court had on April 18 reserved its judgment against accused Iftikhar Ahmed and Abrar Ahmed for killing two people in Attock Kachhari. was accused.
A case was registered against the accused in Attock in February 2009, two murder suspects named Muhammad Akram and Muhammad Azmat were killed by the firing of the accused, after which the accused were sentenced to death twice by the Anti-Terrorism Court. .
