Lahore: The case registered in the light of closed-circuit footage and other evidence in the wake of an incident of altercation between a doctor and a patient’s family members at the Children’s Hospital was dismissed.
According to the police, a case was registered against the family members of the deceased patient under the provisions of murder, interference in the administration of justice. In the investigation of the case, the relatives of the patient were found innocent. The police also released the three arrested persons.
No evidence, including closed-circuit footage, could prove the doctors’ position. The doctors not only tortured the relatives of the dead patient but also filed a false case against them.
