Peshawar: A seven-year-old orphaned student was murdered after being sexually assaulted in Luerdir.
According to the police, a 7-year-old orphan student of a madrassa was killed after being raped in Manda area of Lower Dir, while the madrassa administration handed over the body to the heirs after declaring the girl’s death to be a suicide.
After receiving the body from the administration, the heirs had buried the dead girl, but due to social media and public reaction, the girl’s grave was exhumed and samples were obtained for post-mortem, which revealed that the girl died of rape. Later it was done by violence.
Police sources say that according to the post-mortem report, the girl was sexually assaulted. The police have arrested many people including Madrasa Mehtam.
