The Balochistan High Court dismissed the petition filed against Imran Khan for high treason and Article 6 proceedings.
According to the details, a petition was filed in the Balochistan High Court on behalf of Amanullah Kunrani Advocate, in which the petitioner requested to prosecute the founder PTAI for high treason under Article 6 for dissolving the assembly in an unconstitutional manner.
On behalf of Imran Khan, advocate Syed Iqbal Shah appeared on the petition and raised an objection to the jurisdiction of the High Court. A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Hashim Khan Kakar dismissed the petition.
