Vice Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi refused to answer the question regarding Pervaiz Elahi getting the post of party president.
Talking to the media in Lahore, Shah Mehmood Qureshi announced that he will arrest 200 workers in the first phase tomorrow.
On this occasion, he welcomed Chaudhry Pervez Elahi to PTI but at the same time refrained from giving a clear answer to the question of giving him the party presidency.
The central leader of PTI said that as the vice-chairman, I will first present the arrest tomorrow.
He said that in the first phase, 200 workers and 5 leaders will be arrested. If I am not arrested in Lahore, I will go to Multan and arrest him.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi further said that if the President’s advice is followed for the election, there is no need for Jail Bharu movement.
