Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of Islamabad High Court has remarked that it would be good if the working procedures of the agencies are clarified.
The High Court heard a case related to the recovery of the missing Baloch students and the implementation of the commission’s recommendations.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani asked how many cases of terrorism against Baloch students were registered in the last ten years, how many people were arrested, disappeared or harassed.
The Attorney General of Pakistan, while presenting the report of the Committee on Missing Persons to the court, said that intelligence agencies cannot harass any person.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that no court, judge, lawyer, journalist, member of assembly talks about stopping the agencies from working according to the law, they only talk about stopping them from working against the law, the way the agencies work. It would be good if it is clear, no Pakistani, be it journalists or parliamentarians, is supporting terrorists.
The Attorney General replied that the matter will not be resolved until the matter is resolved politically.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that means believe that this is a political issue, it is being heard for the 21st time, even in war, white flag is hoisted and ceasefire is fired, and a solution is found through discussion.

The Attorney General replied that we have done a lot of work in missing persons cases, we will do what is left, give some time, a political solution is also being sought.
Advocate Iman Mazari advocated that the relatives of the missing persons have been threatened.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that many missing persons have reached their homes due to the efforts of the Attorney General, as long as the cases of missing persons continue to come, these courts will continue to work, there is not a single case to order on it and Let the matter be over, the criticism continues, Iman Mazari must have been told something or the other, whoever used to hold press conferences, it doesn’t matter. People of Balochistan are also Pakistanis, we should stand with them.
The Attorney General replied that the matter related to missing persons will be taken up in the next two sessions of the Cabinet meeting, the court should change the committee of DGISI, DGMI and DGI also, DGs in this committee. Add people below the level to facilitate coordination, if this issue is not resolved, problems will increase.
The court adjourned the hearing till June 14 while directing to submit the answers to the questionnaire at the next hearing.
