Shaheed Major Babar Niazi of Pakistan Army laid to rest in Mianwali

Rawalpindi: The martyred Major Babar Niazi of Pakistan Army was laid to rest with full military honors in his native Mianwali.

According to ISPR, 36-year-old Major Babar Niazi was martyred yesterday during an intelligence-based operation against terrorists in Sambaza area of Zhob district of Balochistan.

A large number of serving and retired senior officers and soldiers of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Air Force, relatives of the martyr and local people participated in his funeral prayer.

ISPR says that the armed forces of Pakistan are determined to eliminate the scourge of terrorism from the motherland at all costs.
