Quetta: Balochistan Interior Department formed JIT to investigate the Barkhan incident.
DIG Loralai Division has been appointed as the head of the JIT while other members include SSP Investigation Quetta and a representative of Special Branch Barkhan.
The five-member JIT will submit its report within 30 days, the team can nominate anyone as its member.
Provincial Interior Minister Mir Zia Longo says that on the instructions of the Chief Minister of Balochistan, we have formed a JIT and will conduct an impartial investigation into the incident.
The provincial home minister said that before the incident, all the commissioners had been instructed to prepare a detailed report on private prisons, the commissioners had not identified any private prison anywhere.
