Rawalpindi: The court rejected the bail application of the woman who hit the motorway police officer.

Civil Judge Dr. Mumtaz Hanjara, after hearing the bail application, pronounced the verdict, in which the court rejected the bail application of the woman who ran away after hitting the Motorway Police officials.

In the court decision, it has been said that there is enough evidence to reject the bail against the accused. In hindsight, the allegations leveled against the accused are proved to be true. The accused is not entitled to immediate bail.

Meanwhile, lawyer Safai has said on the court decision that this decision will be challenged in the court of Additional Sessions Judge.

Earlier, the court had reserved its decision after the arguments of the parties were completed in the hearing of the bail application of the woman Farah Zahra, arrested in the case of crushing the highway policeman.

It should be noted that the accused Farah escaped after hitting the Motorway Police officer with the car and the woman was arrested after 3 and a half months after the video went viral on social media. A case was registered against the accused in Naseerabad police station on January 2, 2024, on the request of Patrolling Officer Mohammad Saber under the provisions of interference in government car, resistance, hitting and injuring government officials.
