Islamabad: In the Iddat Nikah case, Khawar Manika, the complainant, expressed no confidence in Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjumand.
District and Sessions Courts Islamabad Judge Shah Rukh Arjamand heard the central appeals against the conviction of founder PTI and Bushra Bibi.
Complainant Khawar Manika, Salman Akram Raja and other PTI lawyers appeared before the court while Raja appeared before the court along with the assistant counsel of Rizwan Abbasi Advocate Emil Khan Advocate.
Khawar Manika said that the court has gone in favor of PTI and the party, so I request that my case be transferred to another court.
Judge Shah Rukh Arjamand remarked that how can you think that the court has gone to someone’s mercy, this is the first case in my entire life that someone is distrusting me.
Khawar Manika said that the marriage certificate of January 1 has been revealed in the trial hearings, the marriage of January 1 was denied before the trial. Judge Shahrukh Arjamand remarked that you and I have gone to the grave, as far as I am concerned, you should tell me what the problem is.
Lawyer Salman Akram Raja said that this person is telling a lot of lies. During the hearing Khawar Manika and PTI lawyer Salman Akram Raja exchanged bitter sentences.

Judge Shahrukh Arjamand remarked that in our judicial system, the party that wins says that we got justice late, the party that loses says that the decision was taken after bribery, I have heard cases to this extent. That the case cannot be transferred to another court, according to section 528 the High Court can do something in the matter.
The court directed Usman Riaz Gul advocate to read paras 528 and 526. PTI lawyer Usman Riaz Gul read sections 528 and 526 before the court. Thaman Riaz Gul Advocate said that 90% of the appeals have been heard, if there is any threat to the complainant, contact the relevant forum.

Khawar Manika alleged that he told her to come to Lahore and talk, prompting a heated exchange between PTI lawyers and Khawar Manika.
Judge Shah Rukh Arjamand remarked that they decide on this request first and then look ahead.
Salman Akram Raja said that such tactics are being used on this stage, I request that this petition be fined. Usman Riaz Gul Advocate said that even if I make any accusation without any evidence, I should also be punished.
The court reserved judgment on Khawar Manika’s no-confidence motion.
