Islamabad High Court has remarked that Bushra Bibi is kept in solitary confinement, it is a form of torture.
In the High Court, a hearing was held on the request to transfer Bushra Bibi from Bani Gala to Adiala Jail. The State Council asked for a week’s time, and the court accepted the request.
The State Council said that we are seeing on our own regarding the establishment of all prisons, there is nothing illegal, but some time is needed.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that you have kept him in solitary confinement, it is a form of torture, you have no grounds.
The court asked the lawyers of Bushra BBBB to submit written arguments at the next hearing and said that we want no further delay in this case.
The court accepted the State Council’s request for time and adjourned the hearing till next week.
