In Punjab, including Lahore, the price of bread was reduced to 16 rupees.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif released a message on the social media website X and wrote that “Alhamdulillah, the Punjab government has reduced the price of bread to 16 rupees per loaf from today.”
Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that instructions have been issued to all districts and relevant departments of Punjab to ensure strict implementation of this decision.
