Beijing: Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin called the US accusation of supplying arms to Russia false and said that the baseless accusation has no truth.

According to the World News Agency, this was said by Wang Wenbin, the spokesperson of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to a journalist during the weekly briefing. He also said that it is the US, not China, that is endlessly sending weapons to the battlefield (Ukraine-Russia war).

Spokesman Wang Bibin added that we urge the US to seriously consider its accusations, de-escalate the situation, promote peace and dialogue, and stop spreading accusations and misinformation.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson also said that it is clear to the international community who is calling for dialogue and peace, and who is fueling the fire and encouraging war.

It should be noted that US Secretary of State Anthony Blanken said in an interview that China is now considering supplying Russia with ammunition and automatic lethal weapons.

The US Secretary of State made further similar comments in a meeting with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi while attending the Munich Security Conference in Germany.

The US Secretary of State’s accusation of supplying arms to Russia comes as relations between China and the US have further soured following the downing of a Chinese spy balloon earlier this month.

Addressing a security conference in Munich on Saturday, the US Secretary of State strongly protested against China’s aggression, calling the flight of a Chinese balloon into US airspace a violation of national security.

On the other hand, in the same event, the Chinese Foreign Minister condemned the American response to the balloon, calling it mysterious and ridiculous.

It should be noted that a week ago, US aircraft shot down 4 spy balloons flying over its airspace and over Canada and declared these balloons to be Chinese property, but China denied this.
