Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's non-bailable arrest warrant cancelled

Islamabad: The non-bailable arrest warrant of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was canceled in the PTI Real Azadi March case.

Judicial Magistrate Mohammad Naveed Khan canceled the arrest warrant in light of the decision to discharge him from the Islamabad High Court.

The court adjourned the hearing of the Long March vandalism case against Ali Amin Gandapur till May 20.

It should be noted that the application for cancellation of the warrant was filed in the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad by Raja Zahoor-e-ul-Hasan Advocate.

The stand taken in the petition was that Chief Minister KP never deliberately refrained from appearing in this court, but the petitioner could not appear in the court due to election engagements.

Chief Minister KP demanded unconditional apology for disobeying court orders and requested that the non-bailable arrest warrant issued on March 19 be cancelled.

It should be noted that a non-bailable arrest warrant of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been issued in the PTI Real Azadi March case.
