Islamabad: The court issued an order to produce PTI founder chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in court on April 4.
In District and Sessions Courts Islamabad, the case of the appearance of founder chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi was heard in the court, in which the court granted the bail applications of former prime minister and founder chairman PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi. Production orders have been issued.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the production order applications filed by Imran Khan’s lawyers to appear in the court, in which Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry, the founder chairman PTI’s lawyer, appeared in the court.
During the hearing, the court ordered the superintendent of Adiala jail to produce Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in court on April 4.
It should be noted that the court had ordered the attendance through video link on the previous hearing, however the jail authorities did not make the video link attendance of PTI founder even today. A notice was issued by the court for non-attendance at the previous hearing through video link.
