Karachi: An innocent 8-year-old girl fell into the waterboard conduit near Ghagharphatak and could not be pulled out yet.
According to the details, an eight-year-old innocent girl of Taj Muhammad alias Tajo Kalmati Baloch fell while filling water for drinking in the Haliji Conduit of Karachi Water and Sewerage Board at Sabu Kalmati Baloch Goth near Ghaghar Phatak.
On the information of which the police and other rescue teams reached the spot and the process of searching for the girl was started. According to the police, the search is facing serious difficulties due to the overflow of water in the conduit.
Former Councilor Union Council Ghaghar Muhammad Akram Kalmati Baloch says that the Water Board staff has stopped the water in the conduit, who says that it may take 48 hours for the depth of water to decrease, after which the rescue process will be started. Official rescue teams have not reached yet.
