Campaign case against institutions; Bail granted as usual

Islamabad: In the case of campaign against institutions, bail was granted against V Lager.

Special Judge Central Humayun Dilawar heard the anti-establishment campaign case of V Lager Asad, in which FIA Special Prosecutor Ishtiaq Hussain Shah appeared before the court.

During the hearing, the Special Prosecutor FIA said that there is no objection to granting bail as usual.

Later, the court ordered his release after granting bail on a surety bond of five thousand rupees.

On the other hand, the Islamabad High Court declared the FIA ​​notices issued against V Lager Asad against the law.

A written decision was issued by the Islamabad High Court on the petition against the FIA ​​notices, in which the Supreme Court declared the law against the notices issued as V Lager Asadura.

The court wrote in the judgment that the notices were issued against the law, then the FIR will be registered. After registration of FIR, the relevant forum can be approached. There is no option of self-notice, so they cannot order the release of Asad.

Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq issued a 7-page written judgment, which further stated that only the notices were challenged and hence dealing with the application observations.

It may be noted that V Lager Asad Toor had challenged the notices dated 23rd and 26th February before the arrest, on which the Islamabad High Court reserved its decision on 7th March after hearing the arguments of the parties.
