The Peshawar High Court has issued an order to remove the name of former Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri from the ECL.
According to Express News, a hearing was held in front of Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Waqar Ahmed on the petition filed in Peshawar High Court against inclusion of PTI leader Noorul Haq Qadri’s name in ECL.
Sikander Hayat Shah Advocate, the lawyer of the petitioner said that the name of Noorul Haq Qadri has been included in the ECL. Noorulhaq Qadri is going to Saudi Arabia. The Saudi government has invited him. Included in ECL they cannot go, request that the name be removed.
The court granted the request and ordered the removal of Noorul Haque Qadri’s name from the ECL.
