Islamabad: Hiba Fawad, wife of former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry, was allowed by the Islamabad High Court to go abroad.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the request to remove Haba Fawad’s name from the no-fly list. Assistant Attorney General Usman Ghaman, petitioner’s lawyer Qaiser Imam and others appeared in the court.
The Assistant Attorney General argued that the petitioner’s name is not included in the no-fly list.
The Islamabad High Court remarked that there is no obstacle for the petitioner to go abroad, the petitioner should give an affidavit on his return that he did not face any problem in going abroad.
The court adjourned further hearing on the application indefinitely.
