Islamabad High Court's order not to harass V Lager Asad

Islamabad: The High Court ordered that V Lager Asad not to be harassed and directed to conduct an investigation involving the FIA ​​inquiry.

Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Aamir Farooq heard the petition filed by V Lager Asad against the FIA ​​notice on the charge of running a propaganda campaign against the Chief Justice of Pakistan.

Advocate Iman Mazari appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner V Lager and took the stand that the FIA ​​summoned Asad and detained him illegally for 8 hours. On February 20 and 24, the FIA ​​issued notices which were are legal.

The Chief Justice remarked that I can issue a notice to the FIA ​​and ask, no order can be made on the hypothesis.

The court directed V Lager Asad to join the FIA ​​inquiry and ordered that the FIA ​​should not harass the petitioner, the Chief Justice directed that the petitioner should also join the FIA ​​inquiry.
