Rawalpindi: A drunken passenger punched a crew member on a flight from Dubai to Islamabad.
According to the sources, a drunken passenger caused a disturbance in a private airline flight from Dubai to the federal capital Islamabad and punched a crew member during the flight.
Later, the airline staff controlled the passenger and kept him seated in the plane. After the pilot’s control tower was informed, SF was alerted from New Islamabad Airport and after the landing of the plane, the passenger named Hasan was handcuffed and taken into custody. He was taken off the plane.
The intoxicated passenger was shifted to the ASF control room under strict surveillance and questioned. The passenger sought a written apology from the airline management, after which he was allowed to go home. According to sources, the passenger is said to be a resident of Islamabad.
