The success of League candidates from Islamabad constituencies is subject to the decisions of the Election Commission

The Islamabad High Court disposed of the petitions against the notification of the success of the successful candidates of the three constituencies in the election.

The Islamabad High Court made the notification of the success of the League candidates in the three constituencies of the federal capital subject to the decision of the Election Commission.

In the High Court, the petitions of the successful candidates of three constituencies of Islamabad against the notification of success in the election were heard.

Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb told the petitioner’s lawyer that the court makes the notification of success subject to the decision of the Election Commission on the applications, what will the Election Commission do to you more fairly than that?

The petitioner’s counsel replied that if the Election Commission withdraws its notification, we will say it is fair.
