Islamabad: The High Court has ordered not to take disciplinary action against PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat and not to harass him.
The hearing on the request of Sher Afzal Marwat to provide details of the cases and not to harass was conducted by Islamabad High Court Justice Taman Rifat Imtiaz, in which Sher Afzal Marwat appeared in the court.
During the hearing, Sher Afzal Marwat took a stand in the court that we protested and took out a rally, after which my house was raided. The door of my house was broken and harassed at one o’clock in the night. Details of the cases should be requested by issuing notices to the parties.
The petitioner told the court that I know of an FIR in which he got bail yesterday, he has got a new job today. Many cases are filed against opposition leaders. Get the details of the cases from the police and FIA.
Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz remarked that he would have given notice first and asked for an answer, on which Sher Afzal Marwat pleaded that there is no expectation from him to order not to harass and not to enter the house without a warrant.
Later, the court issued a notice to the parties to provide information about the cases against Sher Afzal Marwat, not to harass them and not to take disciplinary action against them and adjourned the hearing till February 26 and asked for a report.
