A suspect was arrested by the police from the Muslim League (N) workers’ convention in Rawalpindi.
According to police officials, 3 suspects were identified at the PML-N workers convention, out of which one was caught while 2 escaped.
According to the police, a pistol was recovered from the arrested person, after which he was transferred to the police station.
SP Potohar Waqas Khan said that the suspect was arrested near the meeting hall.
He further said that the arrested person was not going towards the rally, the suspicious person was arrested at the police picket.
Waqas Khan also said that a pistol was recovered from the arrested person, investigation is on.
