According to the WhatsApp beta info, an option is being worked on by Meta to disable the reaction feature in the WhatsApp channel.
The move by the company was marked in the Android version 2.24.4.17 of the WhatsApp beta available on the Google Play Store.
As per the screenshot presented on the website, after entering the channel settings, the user will have the option to allow all reactions or a few specific emojis or none at all.
