Islamabad: Anti-Terrorism Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency has issued a second summons notice to the sister of PTI founder Aleema Khan.
According to the details, a second summons notice was issued to Aleema Khan by the Assistant Director Investigation of FIA Counter Terrorism Wing, Ejaz Ahmad Sheikh, in which she was sent to the Counter Terrorism Department at FIA Headquarters Islamabad on February 16 at 11 am. I have been directed to appear.
In the second summons notice, it is written that ‘Section Officer in FIA Counter-Terrorism Wing, FIA Policy on the request of Ministry of Interior, on allegations of anti-state activities, spreading hate material and creating division between the people and the army by criminal conspiracy. An inquiry number 4/24 will be registered under which investigation is in progress’.
In the notice, Aleema Khan has been asked to appear before the inquiry and record her statement and answer questions on the allegations. The above mentioned notice was complied with by FIA at Alima Khan’s residence in Lahore.
It is clearly written in the notice that if Alimah Khan does not appear, it will be considered that she has nothing to clean and in such a case, legal action will be taken.
