According to Express News, a hearing was held on Sheikh Rasheed’s bail application in the cases related to May 9 in the court established in Adiala Jail.
Sheikh Rasheed’s lawyer Sardar Abdul Raziq said in arguments that Sadaqat Abbasi was detained during the statement taken in the GHQ gate attack case, the statement taken in the GHQ gate attack case cannot be used in the Taxila cases.
